Ivy and Margareth from The Real Design team were our ID team. We saw multiple IDs before selecting them for our maisonette full renovation. We had quite a number of requirements which they worked around quite well during the selection process, and were the only ID that were willing to share the layout plans with us in soft copy while also making multiple tweaks and changes before we had even confirmed them. One of the main reasons that we chose them was their openness to all of our changes. They also provided practical advice and design. We really felt like they were with us every step during the renovation and even after it was done. They were very responsive and patient in answering our many questions and requests. The quality of the sub contractors they worked with were quite good too. We are very happy with the end result. Our home flows well now and we finally have a place for everything to go, no more clutter.
