We engaged with Ivy from Real Design for our HDB renovation and we really love how she is able to bring our vision, such as the curvy ceiling and carpentry elements, to life. She helped us balance aesthetic goals with practical feasibility, often offering constructive suggestions when we were unsure. While there were minor issues post-reno, she remained approachable and willing to help. Totally recommend her if you're looking for someone who understands modern/aesthetics yet practical designs.

I hired Flynn to renovate my 5 room BTO. From start to finish, the experience was positive.

The initial consultation was really smooth. Flynn was able to grasp what my wife and I required and also gave us ideas on what else we could do with the spaces in house.

The design concept that Flynn proposed was modern and it made the spaces look wider. I particularly liked the full height shoe cabinet and bay window design for the living room. Also he assured us that the actual outcome would look very close to the designs that he was showing us.

Once we agreed on the design plan, the execution was quick and smooth. The team was effective and willing to make extra trips down to help complete the Reno. As there were some differences between the floor plan and the actual flat, Flynn made sure that the design could still stick, making variations accordingly with the changes, he also made a few trips down to ensure the quality of the finished products. This was very helpful as our new place was quite far from our current home. Hence it helped save us a bit of commuting to keep checking on the renovation status.

The final result was satisfying and can be seen from the photographs attached. The team actually went beyond and helped us installed some wall shelves that were not part of the renovation.

Throughout the entire process, Flynn was friendly and helpful. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns, and although there were some last minute items, he was willing to entertain them and get his team to help with our request even when we have made the final payment.

I would highly recommend Flynn to anyone looking for good design and reliability. They are truly a blessing to work with.
 

Even if I could compile all my expectations for an interior designer (ID) and create a perfect one, it still wouldn't match the service and work ethic provided by Charmaine.

My wife and I are not easy clients, especially me.

Imagine having to design a home that also incorporates a music studio and Feng Shui elements. Charmaine delivered a home we truly love.

Before deciding on the ID, I sent my project to various IDs. None were as flexible and responsive as Charmaine. For example, when I mentioned my tight work schedule, some insisted I visit their showroom. Charmaine, however, made several trips to my place to discuss the project.

Once confirmed as our ID, she was super responsive and extremely dedicated. For instance, she'd discuss renovation details with me on Zoom as late as 11 pm, and she answered almost all calls and texts promptly. Even now, after handing over the place, her responsiveness remains exceptional. She also helped me purchase various items, collect samples, and more, even though some tasks fell outside her scope of responsibility.

More than just a dedicated ID, Charmaine is also incredibly talented. The design she came up with drew compliments from guests who visit our place. And if she sensed I wasn't 100% happy (even if I told her I could accept it), she'd insist on coming up with a new design to perfect it.

Edison is also very menticulous where he would help to spot defects (which sometimes I myself may not have spotted) and will update me before he rectify them with the contractors himself.

Jennifer did an awesome job with my house. I bought a new place in a rather dilapidated state and she spruced it up perfectly.

I went to a couple of IDs but none were willing to provide drawins so i could visualise what my house would look like. But Jennifer made the effort to design the rooms and went through carefully with me, so I could make edits to it.

Besides always being responsive, she went with me to purchase the house fittings and provided valuable advise.

What's more important is that they have awesome after sales service and I still call her if I help with home issues.

Thorough professional, would highly recommend them.
